Kim has been a qualified Dental Nurse and working at a small local practice for the past 18 years. After deciding it was time for new challenges and wanting to expand her knowledge and skills she joined our team in May 2024.

After travelling to Kenya in 2018 as part of the dental charity DentAid to help local people in rural areas with no access to oral health care relieve pain and suffering, Kim then returned two months later alone to help a permanent Dentist there set up a Dental Clinic and provided training to two young ladies to become his dental nurses, this gave a long term benefit to a very poor area which is still running to this day.

Kim has had experience in all areas of dentistry and gains great satisfaction from helping nervous patients overcome their anxieties and enable them to have successful and treatment outcomes.

Outside of work, Kim has a young daughter who keeps her very busy alongside her dog and other various animals! Kim loves to learn so is taking a Veterinary Nursing Assistant course in her spare time to help her take care of her animals.
